How to turn a lead into a phone call

A PLACSP contract names the public buyer, and on 83.5% of contracts (measured 2026-10-17) we hold that buyer’s own telephone or procurement mailbox — so the call is usually one step, not a search. Here is how to use it.

The registers that apply in Spain

Spain publishes no national building-permit register, and the municipal ones name nobody. What Spain DOES publish, every working day, is every public contract above the minor-contract threshold on its national procurement platform, naming the contracting body and how to reach it. So the reader is a contractor who wants to bid, or a supplier who wants the firm that has just won: the award record names it, with its NIF.
