Terms of service
Plain terms for a simple deal: you subscribe, we deliver construction leads from public permits, tenders and grants. Updated 2026-10-12.
What the service is
Planning Intelligence collects public records — building permits, public works tenders and public grant awards — from official registers in the countries we cover and presents them as searchable construction leads. A free account browses every project with identities withheld. A paid subscription unlocks the named parties on the records that subscription covers, and the business contact where we hold one. The local-market subscription is different: it is a weekly bulletin about the area you choose, and it does not unlock records. What a subscription covers — a whole country, one named population of records within a country, or a local area — is stated on the page you buy it from.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are sold to businesses only, billed monthly in euro and taken through our payment provider. Prices are shown before checkout; VAT is added at checkout where it applies. A subscription covers exactly what its own page names — a country, one named population of records within a country, or a local area — and never more. Access starts at once, at your request, and your leads are delivered from that moment. You can cancel at any time: the subscription stops at the end of the month you have paid for and nothing further is charged. Payments already made are not refunded. If a fault on our side stops the service working, tell us and we will fix it.
The research allowance
Where a subscription includes contact research, it includes up to 100 contact researches per month. A research that finds nothing is not counted against you. The allowance exists to keep the service fast and fair for everyone and does not accumulate across months. Not every subscription includes contact research; the page you buy one from says what it includes.
What you may do with the data
Use the leads to find and contact potential customers for your own business — that is what the service is for. You may not resell, republish or systematically redistribute the data or contact details, share your account beyond your own team, or use the service to build a competing dataset. Contact the people you find the way you would want to be contacted: professionally, and never in breach of marketing law that applies to you.
Accuracy, honestly stated
Our data derives from public registers and our own research. Registers contain errors and delays; research can be wrong. We grade every lead’s confidence and cite the source of every researched fact so you can check before you act — and you should. The service is provided as-is, and we are not liable for decisions taken on data that a source got wrong, beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.
Fair dealing, both ways
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape it, or breach these terms — with notice and a reason, except where the abuse is ongoing. You may close your account at any time. If we ever discontinue the service, we will tell you in advance and stop all further billing.
Privacy and personal data
How we treat personal data — including our rule of discarding private individuals’ details at ingestion — is set out in the privacy notice. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
The legal frame
The service is operated from Malta and these terms are governed by Maltese law. Consumer protections of your own country that the law grants you regardless of this clause are unaffected. Questions, first and always: contact@planningintel.com.
