Refund policy

In short: we sell to businesses only, your leads are delivered as soon as you pay, and a month already started is not refunded. You can cancel at any time and you are not charged again. Updated 2026-10-11.

Sold to businesses only

Planning Intelligence is sold to professionals only: tradespeople, suppliers and companies buying for their business. At checkout you confirm that you are buying for your business and ask for access to start at once. Access starts as soon as the payment goes through, and we confirm your request to you by e-mail.

Why a started month is not refunded

Your leads are delivered the moment access starts, and a lead you have already seen cannot be returned. For that reason, no payment is refunded, in whole or in part, once the paid month has started.

If something does not work

If a fault on our side stops the service working, tell us and we will fix it.

How to cancel

Cancel at any time from your account page (“Manage billing”), or email contact@planningintel.com from your account address with the word “cancel”. The subscription stops at the end of the month you have paid for: you keep full access until then and are not charged again. There is no notice period and no fee. We confirm by e-mail within two business days.
